Phillip Scheuers

For the last ten years, Phil has worked on government affairs and economic development, specifically in Eastern Oregon. Before coming to Pac/West, he served as legislative assistant in the Oregon State Legislature, focusing much of his time on the ways and means and capital construction processes. Phil also has significant experience in economic development programs, including business incentives, industrial land development, and more. He maintains strong relationships with regional and state partners.
