Lisa Friedman

Lisa is our firm’s Communications Manager, serving as client lead on communication projects. On behalf of our clients, she coordinates external media initiatives, such as media relations and public outreach, as well as message development and communications strategy. She also develops internal communications to promote the firm and build our client base.

Lisa brings years of experience working directly with clients. She served as the communications arm for a county government adopting contentious environmental regulations, employing her skills in media relations, stakeholder outreach, and digital communications. As a consultant, she managed several internal benefit and compensation communication projects on behalf of national clients. Before joining the team in early 2022, Lisa worked directly with clients around the world producing original content, mostly in the form of video.

Lisa has a B.A in English from UC Santa Barbara, and a Masters in Journalism from the Craig Newmark School of Journalism (formerly CUNY Graduate School of Journalism), with a focus on Health and Science Reporting. She currently serves on the Communications Committee for PRSA Colorado. When she’s not helping clients with their communication strategy, she enjoys playing tennis when the weather is nice, being creative in the kitchen, and reading.
