Charles White

Charles White serves as the Government Affairs Manager at Pac/West Strategies, overseeing the comprehensive analysis and active engagement of political and regulatory developments that are most impactful to our firm’s industries and clients. He is passionate about politics, believing that the most successful professionals in government and public affairs are in constant pursuit of learning the policies, procedures, and—most importantly—the personalities of government at the local, state, and federal level. With six years of experience in campaigning and legislating on issues like public safety, energy, and economic development, he has a comprehensive skillset that is applicable to any legislative chamber, agency conference room, or campaign office.

Charles holds a B.S. in Political Communication from Emerson College. A proud New Englander, he began his career in public policy at the Massachusetts State House, where he interned for two state lawmakers before serving as the Director of Communications for Representative and Public Safety & Homeland Security Chairman Harold Naughton.

Prior to joining Pac/West Strategies, Charles worked with Sewald Hanfling Public Affairs as an associate during the ’22 Colorado Legislative Session and later as an aide to Denver City Councilman Chris Hinds.
